Fairfield County is continuously growing and evolving, and the Community Impact Fund is a way to address developing needs with flexible giving opportunities that directly support local causes. The Community Impact Fund was established in 2019 to enable the Foundation to respond to changing community needs, support innovative solutions to community problems, and enhance the quality of life in Fairfield County. Thanks to strong support from the community of our recent GIVE 365 campaign, where many donors pledged just $1 a day, we are now able to provide grants from the fund.

These funds will be awarded, relying on the expertise and discretion of the Foundation’s Grant Committee and Board of Trustees, who consider the community’s most pressing needs and the information received through our grantmaking process.
