This website is owned and operated by the Fairfield County Foundation.  We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information entrusted to us.  Your right to privacy is very important to us.  We recognize that providing the Fairfield County Foundation with your personal information is an act of trust.  The following Privacy Policy was developed to assure you that we take our responsibility seriously to all those we work with, including visitors to our website and subscribers to our electronic newsletter.

Your right to privacy is very important to us.  We recognize that providing the Fairfield County Foundation with your personal information is an act of trust.  When you visit the Fairfield County Foundation online you remain anonymous, as we do not require registration to view our website or access information.

Public Information

If you would like to review our IRS Forms 990 and affiliated schedule you can find them at www.guidestar.org.

A list of our donors, other than those published in the annual report, is not available to the public.  We do not reveal the name of anonymous donors to the recipient of a grant.

Throughout our web site, we offer links to third party sites.  Since we do not control those websites, we encourage you to review their privacy policies as well.

Communications

If at any time you wish to stop receiving the Fairfield County Foundation’s Electronic newsletters or other communications, or to be removed from our email list you may unsubscribe from that list as explained in each message, or you can call the office at 740-654-8451.  The Fairfield County Foundation will not give your email addresses to other organizations.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy may change from time to time.  We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without explicit consent.  We will place any Policy changes on this page and create an obvious notification of major Privacy Policy changes.
