Please refer to the Grant Guidelines PRIOR to filling out an application. All projects must be discussed with the Program Officer prior to submitting a preliminary application. You can reach her by calling the office at 740-654-8451 or by email at aking@fairfieldcountyfoundation.org.
Organizations looking to apply to our unrestricted funds for a community grant MUST apply through our online grant system as of 2022. Below are links to the information requested on these forms but applications will only be accepted through the online system.

The Fairfield County Diversity, Inclusion and Empowerment Fund - The Fairfield County Diversity, Inclusion and Empowerment Fund, established by in partnership with Krile Communications, is dedicated to fostering conversation, collaboration, and action to drive positive change in our community. Hunter James Barber Grant Memorial Fund Grant Application - This fund provides grants for pediatrics training and/or pediatric equipment for Fire and EMS Departments in Fairfield County or Franklin County. To apply please fill out our grant application here: https://www.grantinterface.com/Home/Logon?urlkey=fcfohgrants and it will prompt you to create a profile for the organization if you haven’t already. Once that step is completed you will be taken to the grants page-- at this point you will need to go to the box in the right-hand corner that says 'Enter Access Code' and you will need to type in Hunter. This will take you to the application specific for the Hunter James Barber Grant. Complete the application and click submit when you are done.
Edward N. Sands Fund Grant Application (Baltimore) - This fund established in 1993 is to benefit the Museum in Baltimore, the Baltimore Community Chest, Scholarships, and other charitable, scientific, educational, and literary purposes for the community of Baltimore. The Martens Trust, administered by the PNC Foundation, provides support for public, charitable purposes to provide an ultimate benefit to the people of Fairfield County, Ohio with an emphasis on the city of Lancaster. Grant proposals are reviewed two times a year with deadlines of April 1 and October 1.
